Re connecting with Sky Q

I've been invited to re-connect to Sky Q. I switched because of swingeing increases in subscription plus inability to contact through email because I am hearing-impaired and struggle on the phone.

The offered subscription rate is attractive however it clearly states rates can change over the 24 month  period and I would want to discuss this but BY EMAIL and there is no obvious email address ergo I cannot/will not pursue without that option. Does anyone know the solution to direct messaging with a human being?

@Moky
Sky don't usually use email for general communication and you may not be able to use the following advice until you're a customer again…

Remember than the general price is usually increased each April for UK customers.

If you have health issues that amongst other things may affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these related links… ~
