Although the thread you posted in originally say virtual assistant it isn't a route to that feature. I've moved your post to a separate thread in the Sky Q board. 

For a “no satellite signal” message look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

 

If you have Sky+ you'll have to contact a local satellite company at your own expense.
