Unable to rewind/fast forward correctly on SkyQ

Complete loss of control when trying to fast forward or rewind on recordings on SkyQ - eventually the box says there an error saying that it can't connect to the main box!!!

@Wackson5 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting the mini box
