Re: Some Sky HD Channels not appearing (blue screen)
Hi. I had a problem with my SkyQ main box. I rang SKY and after going through several attempts to get it working, the advisor told me there was a fault with the box, and was sending out a new to me. It arrived, and I used the accompanying booklet to set it up.
But a whole host of channels have a blue screen and a message to say my satalite signal was not good. I checked all my settings and it told me my satalite signal was strong.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this resolved, please.

Re: Some Sky HD Channels not appearing (blue screen)
I've moved your post to its own thread as you mention Sky Q but added to a thread about Sky+HD boxes.
”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV). A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.
If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
