Netflix Not connecting

I have a Sky Q Box . For no reason last night the Netflix App diid not connect. The red Netflix appeared on the screen and it whirls around. I have tried again this morning and the same thing happens. Is there a general problem or what do  need to do to get it connected. No issue with other Apps connecting

There are at least two long threads on this. The forum should have suggested them when you typed the subject line in.

 

In the last few days, someone thinks they might have found a fix and it's worked for at least 3 or 4 other people.
