Re: Sky service is atrocious.
Why is it so difficult for you to send an Engineer, to my property to fix these problems. I have been a Sky customer for over 40yrs and your service is the worst it has ever been. I do not expect to try to get sense out of a computer,all I want is my Sky Q box fixed. Or at the very least to speak to a Human Being.
