Sky q box connection

Our sky box for the last week freezes and very slow to open up programs 

This effecting our 2 sky q boxes. 

When we go on the same apps on our TV,  the program load fine and there is zero distribution.  

We had the same issues a a couple months back with our sky q box with a  couple of full resets. 

We think the sky box is faulty
