Discussion topic: Mini box intermittent jumping and keeps repeating

Our mini box is about 5 metres from the main box and lately it has began jumping then repeating when watching live TV through sky, up until recently there has been nothing wrong with the box. We have looked online at Sky Help but cannot find anything and even asked the robot, but it couldn't understand.
