Re: Parental controls

I'm also wanting information on 'parental controls'.

I have a Sky Q box and have just added Sky Cinema, this was when I noticed that all the Sky programmes over PG were padlocked. This is despite all the Parental Control settings on the Sky Q box being set to off.

How can I turn these off?

Some Sky channels including Sky Cinema are allowed to show 12/15/18 rated content during the day, but under Ofcom rules this must be PIN protected. There is no way to disable this mandatory daytime PIN protection.
