Tried all the usual (removed) AGAIN, still won't load on the main box, can get it on every single other device in the house and the 2 extra sky boxes, I'm blaming sky tv on this one so please sort it (removed) out

Are you seeing the spinning circle if so this is what others are doing that is fixing it for them:
