Sky Q Mini Box - "Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box."

All channels on my Sky Q mini box display the message: "Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box. Otherwise, If you're using this box for the first time, please wait a few minutes." My main Sky Q box appears to be working fine.

 

My Sky Q Mini box is connected to my Sky Q box and I pay for multiscreen. I have tried re-activating the mini box on both the mini box itself and the main Sky Q box. I have also tried rebooting both my Sky Q box and Sky Q mini box, as well as resetting both, but still no luck.

 

I have had this problem for weeks now, and would appreciate anyone able to help - thanks.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

This is now happening to me. Just received a replacement Sky Q box and all mini boxes worked perfectly until today. Now i only get Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this 

When I try to watch a programme. TYhe Sky Q box works fine and shows all mini boxes are connected
