I cant seem to get my sky channels onto my tv, it just has normal tv

I cant sky onto my tv, it just has normal tv channels...have I pressed a wrong button? How do I get sky channels back on?

Sound like you've swapped to your TV's EPG.

You need to use the "Input" button on your remote to change to the HDMI port that your Sky Q box is plugged into.

If you have the blue Sky screen showing on your TV already, you might want to be a bit more specific about your question.
