Disney plus keeps buffering or stopping, I pay for the fasted internet speed on sky & I am watching it through sky, why is it doing this, really getting frustrated trying to watch films & tv shows.

I don't want to have to watch on my phone or laptop, I pay money for sky & internet I want to watch it on my tv.

Have you checked the speed to your Sky Q box? On Sky Q open the netflixc app, go to Get help run the connection test, what speed is being received.

Hi @Mel118 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Do you have a smart TV? May be better to download the Disney+app to your smart TV and watch through that using the same login details. I always use the inbuilt TV apps which run much better than through the Sky Q box.

Same issue here. Tried all except for reinstalling all apps through settings.
it's only started a few weeks ago. Seems to be local to the Sky Q box and not the mini boxes...
