Does anyone have any ideas to why this keeps happening? every week I need to reset my sky box which fixes it for a few days, then later again we have different channels not showing a programme guide.
I can't record a lot of programmes because of this.

Assume that you are putting your Q box into standby when not in use (and not switching it off at the mains).
You could try a Reset Settings in the Q box hidden menu. It may help.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.
Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.
Resetting the settings will also reset:
Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control
Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.

I think it's because we turned of eco mode which is a bit odd, I've never known of this with older boxes in the past.
It's been fine so far since enabling it.

It's entire channels you're missing right? I just realised, that is something different, might require more help here, I hope you find a fix.

I currently don't have any EPG listings for Channel 4 and Channel 5 from 6am next Saturday. Channel 4 is 'waiting for tv schedule' and channel 5 has 'this is channel 5' across their listings. Every other channel is fine. I've had this happen before with channel 4 and in our case it usually self resolves but it's odd that it's only affecting these two channels currently. Rebooting doesn't resolve it. And I have the main box and two minis set to 'eco'
