RTE 2 and TG4 frozen for weeks

Im wondering if anyone else has the same problem I do with RTE 2 and TG4 on their Sky Q box. The picture has been frozen and there's no sound for weeks now. I've tried unplugging it multiple times and it doesn't fix it.
