Hi exchage of equipt. arranged and emails received. Does the original equipment need a sky address. It is in its orig packaging. This wasnt mentioned in the email instructions. Thank you.

DPD driver should be able to put a label on it for you, if not I'm sure in the box the new one comes in there is a return label in there you can use.

@9Y as @Daniel0210 says also if it is a doorstep exchange the DPD should put the old Q box in the packaging the new box came in and put a returns lable on the box

It is a straight swap using the same box that the new one comes in , so you need to have your box ready. It also requires a return of a remote, power lead & HDMI cable - although you can usually just return the ones that are sent, except if either your old box or new box are a 'V2' box with it's own power supply.
THe DPD driver will have usually a small barcode label they use to return the box to SKY
As @Daniel0210 mentions, do make sure you take out the viewing card before sending the old one back
