Qbox software update unsuccessful

Lost all recordings on Qbox so had to do hard drive reset on Qbox.Now minis don't work & it says software update unsuccessful on main box.We have followed instructions on screen to no joy.

Thanks,all sorted now as engineer has been.Hard drive fault so got new one
