Qbox not working

  • Skyq box keeps freezing fan kicks in, then cannot turn it off or on. Switch it off for 15 minutes, turn it back on again, and will freeze again a few days later thus is now constant

Had an identical issue. Once I demonstrated I'd been through basic diagnostics they swapped the box immediately. 2 days in with new box all good so far. The old one wouldn't last 24hrs without freezing. 

Don't forget to make a note of your recordings if you swap the box.

Freezing wasn't quite as bad as yours but was getting there. They are now replacing the box.

If it's a doorstep swap don't forget to remove your viewing card from the faulty box before DPD take it away.
