Re: Q box

I recently changed my broadband to EE, This unfortunately resulted in my Sky Q box, loosing it's signal to the other 3 tv's

Having had EE engineers at 3 times, is appeared that the problem was my main Sky Q box. I contacted Sky, who sent me a new box. Same problem. Every night, my Sky Q box would cut of the signal to my other tv's, resulting in me, turning every box of and resetting the system.

Finally I had a Sky engineer answer my problems and it was very simple

1) go to settings and press

2) scroll down to preferences, press

3) change your setting from eco to active.

End of problem all tv's are now working perfectly.

But when you turn of your tv at night ensure you press your Sky q box to stand by

Happy days

Martin
