2.4GHz enabled and 5GHz steering turned off?

If your router has smart setup, turn it off.

Q will only connect to a non-Sky ISP on the 2.4GHz band.

If you router doesn't have this enabled (or it steers to 5GHz or smart setup is enabled) then Q won't connect.

If you don't know how to configure your router then you'll have to seek help from BT (or their forum).
