Q box faults

When forwarding a recording screen will stay on picture then jump and to the end and when changing channel the screen will go black and take as Long as 10 seconds to change also we get a lot of buffering when using on demand services 

done all the usual power reset software update and checked all the connections with an advisor

If you've already tried this troubleshooting with an advisor (presumably on the phone), how was it left? Are they going to swap the box?

I had to phone back. just managed to get through again and they are now sending an engineer out at the end of the month apparently very busy
