Here is the full error message.
No IP address obtained
Make sure you have plugged an Ethernet cable into the back this box and connected the other end to your broadband
router, then wait While we retry.
if vou have disabled IP address allocation (DHCP) on your
router then choose Advanced to set an IP address manually.
I have checked the cables are connected each end, box and router. WiFi working so there's internet, etc..
woukdnt know how to disable IP adress allocation so assuming I haven't done that.
