My sky Q mini box as crashed none responsive stuck on step 1 of 4 cant even connect just frozen.

My sky Q mini box as crashed none responsive stuck on step 1 of 4 cant even connect just frozen.ive resetted box about 10 times changed my batterys a few times with new batterys in my remote and still nothing wont set up no further than step 1 please help me as this is so annoying

Have you rebooted the main sky Q box first ~ then done the same with the mini box?

Hi @TONUPBOY as suggested by @Daniel0210 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?, rhen do the same with the Mini box?

After all the advice i done all of the above and still having the same problem looks like the box as seen its end of days .il have to ring sky up to sort this out thanks everybody for yr help.
