Q Box

I have just got Sky Q with mulit room fitted to my house. The multi room box keeps loosing signal and the picture dissapears and a blank screen with a message comes up saying problem with Sky box signal.

Hi @Trevor51   It sounds like you need to contact Sky and arrange for the installer to return. He/she didn't leave you with a mobile number by any chance.

No, no mobile number left by the guy who installed it. I used the only number I've got and that went through to an automated message that told me to us this methord.

I think the only way my problem will be resolved is by an engineer visiting the house

Hi @Trevor51   I would try the number on the help page. Sky Help Expand need more help at the bottom of the page to expose a number Remaining silent during the AI bot prompts may help.. Please note that this is a public community forum and not Sky customer services, see Welcome below.

I found the help number and called it. A lady went through the re-seting of the Q mini box, I now have to wait and call back when it goes pixulated again or I loose the picture. She told me if it happened again the Q mini box would need changing. Lets see what happens tonight when we sit down to watch TV

Well, Sky have now sent me a new mini box. I've fitted it and still get pixelation but not the blue screen, so a little improvement. Let's see what happens going forward
