Q Box moves on or ends program early usually 3/4 way through

Basically as discribed above, when we are playing a program usually on demand the program gets 3/4 through, then either moves on to the next episode or just stops and goes on to tv !! Its very anoying as some time we miss it when it happens and all of sudden we have no clue where we are at!!

Try turning off Auto play in Home - Settings - Setup - Preferences.

Yeah but that removes the function to play the next episode altogether.
