I am getting a purple screen on the tv attached to my mini box, we've been having ongoing issues with the picture freezing and now it's a solid purple color, I have restarted the box and still the same, any clues on how to fix it please

Hi @Becky4802 Try changing the video output on the mini box to 1080p
