Proud moment. I just earned a badge!! Have you?

Isn't it wonderful, that rather than Sky customer services answer the the phone to give us technical help, that they offload it to us customers to do their job instead.  So good of them to pay us in kindness with badges and praise. Well done me.

CONGRATULATIONS on being awarded your badge. You must be thrilled. I know I was when I got my first one. I cried a little. Just quietly mind, and only on the inside.
