Whilst trying to rewatch Stargate SG-1 I have noticed that I can see all seasons on Sky Go but when I search on my Sky Q it only finds the episodes that are being shown that week. The only way I can get to watch them on my tv instead of laptop is to go into Sky Go and find the episode I want to watch and download it to Sky Q.
After watching the first episode then Sky Q's series link kicks in and auto-downloads the next episode.
I know that this allows me to get to the end goal of watching on Sky Q but I am wondering why this issue exists in the first place as I am now concerned that there are other programmes I am missing out on and unless I search on Sky Go for it I will never know it is available to watch.
Can anyone explain why this is the case.
FYI I have the full SkyQ package with all add-ons included.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RobC79 It's likely that the series has been mislabeled somewhere causing it not to be picked up in a Sky Q search, as it's obviously there.
If you email viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk they should pass it on to the correct team to fix.

It's notable that all of the series that can't be found on the box seem to be SD only whereas the ones that are 'available' are also in HD. No idea why that makes a difference mind.
