Had sky q installed 48 hrs ago all work well for 36 hours with one mini box connected too. I then added a second mini box and all was fine. However three hours later the two mini boxes came up programme unavailable and i cant get the programmes back. I have carried out all suggested things, re boot, re set, reconnection of mini boxes and even re booted my BT Wi-Fi however no success. Can anyone please help me.
only good thing is sky Q main box still working

Network status is dropping off now and then. Have spoken with Sky abd they are sending an engineer to fit boosters to help the network. Will see if this solves the problem, still doesn't explain why it worked for a day then stopped again?

Re: Programme unavailable
Does your subscription include 2 mini boxes? There is a charge for each mini box. I suspect that if your multiscreen is just for one additional mini box and you have 2, SKY will shut both down. I am only suggesting that this might be the problem because you said that all was working well, including one mini box. You then wrote that you then added another mini box, it was then that the issues began.

Sorry @Anonymous this is incorrect for SKY Q which is different to SKY HD which I think charges per box
There is only one multiscreen subscription for SKY Q which covers up to 4 mini boxes (although only 2 can be used at the same time for SKY content)
(Although there is an upfront admin fee for each box - usually waived for the 1st)
@Nigel+Blanks are the minis still having the problem ?
What is showing in the Network status ?

Re: Programme unavailable
'The additional £15 a month for the Sky Multiscreen add on will give you one Mini box to enjoy your Sky content in another room in your home. If you want to add more than one Mini box to your Sky package you can do with a £50 one-off fee, with a maximum of four mini boxes in total.'
Did you get the additional mini boxes from Sky?
