Problen with tv boxset advert timing

I've noticed a problem with the advert timing of a boxset I'm currently watching - Big Love. Almost every break hits mid sentence just before the end of a scene, resumes after the break mid-word for the remaing 5 seconds of the scene or just cuts it off, before continuing with the next segment of the show.

It's extremely maddening and has affected every single episode I've watched so far. I am not sure who to report that to as it's down to the tv network where breaks are timed.

Anyone got advice as to where to raise this? Quality control?

Hi @Catmandoodledoo Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

I can't see how rebooting a router would fix a problem with ad break timings within a programme.

It might be better to contact viewerR@sky.uk and make them aware of the problem.

Your best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
ViewerR@sky.uk

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.
