Problems with multi room box

Only had sky for just over a week but ever single day without fail we have had problems with the connection on the multi room box. Can anyone help please.

@Sarahlou10 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini boxes

Hi @Sarahlou10   If you have only had it a week, I would get Sky to come back and sort it out.

Thankyou yes we did try that. We think it happens when we turn the tv upstairs off with its own remote, so we haven't done that for a couple of days hopefully this is the reason.
