Hi @B_RICHARDS5
First try rebooting your mini box?
To reboot press Standby on your mininremote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your mini box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your mini remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the mini (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
Then with the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

hi @B_RICHARDS5
Try the following
On your SKY remote Press & hold 4 & 6 together until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times
This sets it to IR mode
Now try to dismiss the message - the remote needs direct line of sight of the box
If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holding 7 & 9 as above
Once (if) you mange to dismiss themessage Press & hold 1 & 3 together to re-pair the remote with the box & TV
