Sky engineers upgraded Sky box to Sky Q box last week. Offered an additional Sky Minibox for multiscreen use for special engineer offer of £5 a month for 18 months. I accepted offer and minibus was set up and working. Received an email a few hours later that Sky were sorry that I'd cancelled my multiscreen contract and I was to send minibox back! I contacted Sky, explained that my multiscreen contract had been cancelled without me knowing. After 40mins of discussion they sorted it out but says it would cost £5.50 a month! Today I received a text saying a prepaid package to return my Sky minibox inhas been sent to me! How on earth can I sort this mess out?!

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch.& hopefully will be able to sort things out - if not they should be able to point you in the correct direction

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
