Can you confirm which level you currently have ?
The Premium level (with SKY it is now the Boost to premium add on) is only level that allows more than 2 concurrent users (There is none that only allow 3)
If you do not have the premium level & more than 2 concurrent users try to access then you will be prompted to upgrade
