Engineer has cancelled 3 times

Hi,

Suggestions of what to do.

we have moved house and the engineer who was due to set up our sky q tv, has cancelled for the 3rd time.

pretty much on the verge of cancelling our contract. As they don't seem to care about customers despite being with them for many years

There are far fewer satellite engineers these days and Sky made a good few redundant last year so that might be partially responsible. You could make a complaint
