Problems getting through to get an engineer out
I have an old aunt aged 96 and she has turned off all plugs to the Sky Q box. Rebbot dies not work. I have tried to get through Customer services but she cannot remember her password so they won't take it further.
Tried through her account but ot won't link with details I have.
How can I just get an engineer yo call round her housemaid fix it

Even if she's forgotten the telephone password Sky use to verify she's the account holder they should have other questions to ask to help with this.

What actually happens when the sky box is turned on and is the TV on the right hdmi input?
Is it Q or Sky+HD?
