Threatening to cancel is pointless here. Also you only allowed two minutes for someone to reply! This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

Ironically, you'd need to speak to someone to cancel your subscription (assuming you aren't in a minimum term).

Give Sky a call.
