Displaying it looks like you do not have internet connection right now.if you're already set up we'll keep trying to connect.
If you have changed your internet password or router you need to reconnect to network.
Go to settings and check your network connection status to reset
I have tried all these but still no joy.

Hi @Tony16 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Hi,
I have the same issue. Q box displays "it looks like you do not have Internet connection right now..." Even when in settings I do.
Tried restarting everything, software update, boxes off eco..
The box keeps having a network connection, then dropping, over and over. WiFi works fine at great speeds on every other device in the house.
What has gone wrong and how can I fix this please?

Sky sent me a new box next day and it works now so looks like you may have a faulty box

I was watching Sky happily this morning when the Sky router turned itself off. I got it up and running again but now I have a message "It looks like you do not have an internet connection right now....." but I do have a good connection. I have reset the router and Status says I have a strong satellite signal, but the message persists and won't go away! The router seems to be working fine and phone etc are OK. Odd thing is I have the small preview screen showing a Sky channel but I can't change it to the big screen or anything else, the Home button doesn't do anything. I've turned router, TV and Q box off and on several times.
I see @Tom had had this problem and was sent a new box, how do I get a human Sky being's attention please???
