Problem with satellite signal

Hello,

I am currently not able to view any TV channels. There is a feed back on the screen that reads; This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal. Kindly advice.

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
