We recently received a new sky q box the past few days we have been having trouble with recordings and not being able to watch things, it's been repeatedly jumping and going to blank screen and freezing this is happening on both our sky q main box and our sky q mini box we have tried everything that it says to do online it now is stuck on amber light and rotating blue light and is not coming on at all.

If you've followed all the troubleshooting advice on the Sky website and it's still not working then it's probably best to ring them and ask for a replacement box.
