Problem with new Sky Q Box.
Hello- i have a problem with my New Sky Q Box installed on the 17th of this month September. It is a Sky Q1TB. I had the screen on Pause for 2030 mins, I moved the cursor along to catch up. It did not show new images, Stuck on pause, I looked in Help on it, there is not Sky+Rebuild. I do not want to have to switch off at the wall to try again, as awaiting a new TV and this one is faulty, i have to keep it on in standby mode. Please help on what to do-also should I ask for a new Sky Q Box, is there a way to Correct this, as the Screen is now Black,. Briefly an image Technical Issue came up. i cannot get any channel i click on even in Voice control. Ironically a sky engineer is coming around tomorrow to help Hook up my New TV which is yet to arrive, any solutions for Sky Q box and getting a picture, please reply, thanks.☹️

Re: Problem with new Sky Q Box.
What new TV? Sky engineers don't 'hook up' new TV's to an already installed Sky Q set up.

Re: Problem with new Sky Q Box.
"Switch off at the wall" doesn't literally mean you have to switch it off at the wall - I assume your TV and Sky box are both on a 4way trailing socket or something hence your reluctance with the old TV / standby issue?
Just unplug the Q box at its specific socket or even at the Q box end, just pull the power cord out.
