Problem with hard disk drive & mini boxes have no signal

Initially my mini boxes upstairs won't work and have no satilite signal. 
After resetting everything, reactivating and rebooting, removing them from the network and adding them back on nothing...

Now the main Sky Q box has a problem with the hard drive disc? 

 

Im losing patience, the children are on half term, the weather is rubbish and they wanted to watch a film.

We can't watch films nor go through Netflix/Disney plus because of more issues with sky!

If the HD is failing then everything is affected (including the minis).

but might require a call-out/replacement box.
