@Clarice4444  Weak TV sisgnal; normally is a TV issue and not something Sky supports with.

 

Or do you mean there is a signal issue with your Sky Q box?  What is the exact onscreen message you get.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes the TV keeps saying waiting for connection from wi-fi device but I can't seem to figure it out

The TV should not use wifi for anything Sky related

 

Is it on the right HDMI input?
