Problem with a channel

I have Sky Q and for the last two days BBC One is pixelated and I've tried resetting the box but it's still happening

If is the issues continues your satellite dish may be slightly out of alignment .

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
