Hi everyone

I am downloading the Fantastic Beasts films in UHD HDR which I have a subscription for. Crimes of Grindelwald keeps saying failed no subscription the other two have downloaded no problem. Any ideas please?

It's usually a metadata issue at Sky's end.

Try emailing viewer relations.
