Problem with Sky Q box and viewing card

Every morning I have to remove my viewing card and reinsert it. This has been an ongoing problem for over year but one of your staff said to put selloptape over the card which had been working now it doesn't

@LisaB6 when you insert the card you pushing it right until you hear a click. 

 

If thats not working then it may be that the locking mechanism has broken and you would need a replacement box

Thanks, yes I'm pushing it right in. How much is a replacement box going to cost?

@LisaB6 Sky Q boxes are owned by Sky so they are replaced free of charge

 

you can either phone Sky or I can escalate this to Sky for you but they may not contact you until tomorrow if I escalate it
