I have just received a new 2tb Sky Q box (this week) as a replacement for the old one which, when you watch anything on Paramount Plus, seitched the overheat fan on and it won't turn off, unless I turn box off and disconnect it from mains.
looking at pists on here, this is not just my problem.
Can a Sky employee tell me what i have to do to stop this happening please.
If it can't be stopped, can I get a refund for the part of my subscription I pay for Paramount as its un fit for purpose.
how do I fix this????
