Sky q box will not connect to my new broadband

I have changed my broadband from sky to BT and now my sky q will not connect to my new broadband, it just keeps saying SEARCHING FOR NETWORK PROVIDER

Is 2.4GHz enabled on your BT router?  (Q will only connect in this frequency for non-Sky ISP)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
