I'm trying to upgrade paramount plus, to an ad-free version, away from the version I get free with Cinema, which now includes ads. It seems I can only do this via my Sky Q box, with the two options being either via Store or My Sky. Both processes are the same, I put the pin in, select which version I want (£3 or £6), then I get a page where I can input my payment card details. When I try to submit these I then get an error message and instructions to try again later.
im posting this as it's feasible this has been an ongoing issue for a while, or possibly there is a workaround that someone may know about.
can anyone help?
