Problem on Slow Horses

When viewing via Sky on the Apple App a programme Slow Horses is giving black screens occasionally

This is a (common?) problem with a few Sky Q streaming apps - Disney + is another one - I'm afraid. Usually an app refresh helps for a while.

Personally I've stopped using the apps on the Q box now and instead use the ones on my TV - a 2025 LG (just use the same login details.) For me at least they seem to be more stable, snappier and update quite regularly.

If I was guessing it's probably a memory use issue causing it to crash.

Thx switched to the TV Apple app rather than Sky and it's fine.
